PARTNERS Credit Union is committed to providing our members with financial products and services that will enable our members to meet their financial needs. Therefore, on an annual basis, we will provide our members with the following disclosure, informing them of our intent to protect their privacy. In addition, this disclosure will be promptly provided to every new member.

If you terminate your membership, we will not share information we have collected about you, except as permitted or required by law.

What Members Can Do To Help

PARTNERS Credit Union is committed to protecting the privacy of the members. Members can help by following these simple guidelines.

Use caution when disclosing your account numbers, social security number, etc. to other persons. If someone calls you, explains the call is on behalf of the credit union and asks for your account number, you should be aware that official credit union staff will have access to your information and will not need to ask fro it.
Keep your information with us current. It is important that we have current information on how to reach you. If we detect potentially fraudulent or unauthorized activity or use of an account, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If your addressor phone number changes, please let us know.
